Being a corner house, the design had to ensure that both frontages were equally impactful, presenting an inviting yet bold presence from every angle.

The design process began with an in-depth understanding of the client’s vision—one that embraced both luxury and warmth while making a bold architectural statement. Through sketches and 3D visualizations, we explored various massing options to enhance the home’s presence on its prominent corner lot. A carefully curated material palette of glass, wood, metal, and textured finishes was selected to introduce depth, contrast, and a sense of exclusivity. While aesthetics remained a priority, the design was meticulously balanced to ensure both functionality and privacy, creating a seamless blend of openness and enclosure. Finally, the facade was fine-tuned with a keen focus on proportions, clean lines, and shadow play, resulting in a dynamic exterior that evolves throughout the day, making a lasting impression from every angle.
